1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to enter any competition.
1.2. Competitions are open to residents of the UK only.
1.3. Employees of The Makers Ventures LTD, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1. You can enter by purchasing tickets through our website (www.lootzilla.co.uk), or via the free postal entry method outlined in Section 3.
2.2. Each paid entry is confirmed once payment is successfully processed, and you receive an entry confirmation.
2.3. Entry limits may apply to ensure fairness. Please refer to the competition details for specific entry caps.

3. Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)

3.1. To enter a competition for free, send a handwritten postcard or envelope including the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Postal Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • The name of the competition you wish to enter
  • A statement confirming: “I confirm that I am over 18 years old and agree to the Terms & Conditions of [Competition Name].”
    3.2. Each free entry must be submitted individually – only one entry per envelope/postcard will be accepted.
    3.3. Free entries must be sent via First or Second Class post to:

3.4. Free entries will be processed within two working days of arrival. We cannot guarantee that postal entries will be processed before a competition sells out.
3.5. Free entries received after the competition closing date will not be entered into the draw.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid paid and free entries.
4.2. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw closing.
4.3. If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.

5. General Terms

5.1. The Makers Ventures LTD reserves the right to cancel or modify a competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
5.2. No refunds will be issued for any paid entries unless a competition is cancelled.
5.3. By entering, you agree to have your name and image used in promotional materials if you win (unless you opt out).
5.4. Personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
